Chocolate Truffles
1/3 cup & 2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Tbsp sweet cream butter (for MILK)
6 Tbsp sweet cream butter (for DARK)
1 Tbsp sweet cream butter (for White)
2 cups chocolate
Dash of pure vanilla extract
(for Grown-Ups, add Rum or Kahlúa ;)
For Coating: Unsweetened cocoa powder, Chopped nuts or Shredded coconut...

- Bring the cream to a simmer with low heat
- Add butter and stir until melted
- Add chocolate
- Stir until completely melted and smooth
- Remove from heat
- Cool, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hrs until firm
- Make balls and roll into coating
