I like my skin ;) Sure it's not like when I was in my teen years or 20's, but still very TOUCHABLE ♥

Many ask me what I do. Here are the basic rules:
  1. Rest your skin by having No Make-up Days
  2. Wear Sun Screen
  3. Nourish from INSIDE

And all natural organic skin care*

Use Olive Oil to take off make-up and wash with Honey Oatmeal Soap. Pat dry with soft face towel.
Spray Rose Water and gently press in with palms of your hands. (Flower Waters at Mountain Rose Herbs)

Take a MILK Bath. Yes, pour the whole one gallon in. Soy Milk is the best, but regular milk is fine too.
Also SAKE Bath. Add 2~3 cups of sake into hot bath for healthy, extra smooth silky skin ;)

Drink Apple Cider Vinegar:
Add 2 teaspoons vinegar to water (8 oz). Drink it 3 times a day, Everyday. I like making it with natural sparkling mineral water & add little bit of honey. Not only it helps acne, wonderful remedy for fatigue too!

Quality of your skin will keep you DARLING, young and beautiful forever ♥

Miso marinated cod, Brown rice with daikon seeds, Tofu steak with root veggies, Steamed spinach with black sesame dressing, Stewed shirataki noodles, and Nappa cabbage kimchee :)

Recipe: White Miso Marinade

Mix White Miso (6 tablespoon), Mirin (3 tablespoon), Sake (3 tablespoon), and Honey. Place miso mixture in the bottom of a shallow tupperware, put fish/pork/chicken of your choice, cover them with the miso mixture (like a sandwich ;). Put lid and refrigerate for 2~3 days. Wash the miso off before you cook.

Good posture is not only healthy for you, it strengthen and tone muscles, improves metabolism, and gives beautiful appearance. This exercise takes only ONE minute!

Stand against a wall - make sure your heels, hip, shoulder, and head are all touching the wall.
Best to do it in front of a mirror to see if you're being straight " T ", not crooked.
Tighten your belly & tush while you stand. Hold your beautiful self‐image in your heart.
Smile & Breathe ^-^ for 1 minutes. Anywhere. Anytime. Everyday. Amazing Results.

Gee Weeze, is it February ALREADY??
Didn’t we just celebrate the New Year’s Day??
Life is going fast. TOO fast.
January is gone! Half of my life is gone!! GONE!!!
If I blink, I’ll be 80 years old next. Ugh…

You know… I can think of (so) many

Could of…
Would of…
Should of…

Yeah… I now know better, but the fact still exist – I didn’t.

So what am I gonna do??

I try not to get stuck in the “could have’s”, “would have’s”, and “should have’s”.
I really try to focus on the future – the next half of my life, which is another 40 years, I think.
Because I don’t know if I wanna live past 80, you know? (If I can be cute at 90, then I’d think about it.)

ANYWAY, what am I gonna do??

"When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody,
you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."

Aww one of my favorite movies 'When Harry Met Sally' whispering to my heart ;)
YES. Before I have another 40 years gone in the one heart beat, I must find the love of my life and get married. I'm not unhappily single, but I'm not happily single either. I want to love and I want to be loved back.
I was created in pairs and I'm missing. My heart is not a complete whole without that special someone.
I can't help it if I'm helplessly romantic about romance. Life is so much sweeter when I'm in love.
And that "GLOW", the Love glow - makes me irresistibly desirable and heavenly gorgeous*
And that wondrous "The World Is Mine" feeling...
Life is meant to be shared by two people and enhanced by the love ♥

The problem is... WHERE IS MY LOVE?
I know my “could have’s”, “would have’s”, and “should have’s” in the past relationships. I am now extremely selective and very cautious of any red flags... I'm just looking for someone perfect for me, not a perfect person!
I only have 60 something qualifications on my list. That's not a lot, is it?? :P
And I'm keeping myself lovable and I cook wonderfully and I have one sweetest heart to give...

SO WHERE IS MY LOVE?

You know, this is actually really bad for my self-esteem.
My love better show up soon or I'd be the size of Mushu... He he he
Well, wherever you are my love, I am HERE ♥
Let's find each other before we're 80 ;)

My love story, to be continued...

Shoyu Rayu Ramen with Moyashi Sprouts, Green Onions, Kaiware Sprouts, Bamboo Shoots, Boiled Egg, Sesame Seeds and Seaweed :)

How to dress up your Ramen Noodle Soup:

Shoyu Ramen - What you see in this photo is the typical toppings for the soy sauce based soup. I added Rayu (Japanese chili oil) and sauteed moyashi sprouts with sesame oil & black pepper. Others are added on top uncooked. Bamboo shoots here are called Shinachiku (or Menma) My kids love them!

Miso Ramen - Great with crispy bacon bits and lots of cabbage.

Shio Ramen - Sliced chashu pork, steamed veggies & a bit of butter :)

Tonkotsu Ramen - Favorites are sweet corn, pickled ginger, various type of seaweeds, etc.
